Job Duties: The position requires individuals with enthusiasm and drive to work within a range of production processes. The successful applicant will adhere to the preventative maintenance schedule and processes to achieve and sustain all departmental targets (output, quality, delivery and cost). He/she will support the Production Team in day to day operations, and will ensure and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatic knowledge and/or qualification.A minimum of 2 years experience in a previous manufacturing maintenance role.Previous experience with computerized machinery, i.e. PLC, motors, encoders, proximity sensors.A practical approach to both problem solving, fault finding & repair.Good knowledge of general site maintenance issues.A sound understanding of planned preventative maintenance.FLT, scissor lift and other Licenses.
