Job Duties: Bolt and clamp parts to secure position for welding as per drawing specificationConfident to perform relevant computer transactionsVisually inspects to maintain quality records with minimum supervision.Follows all safety procedures and PPE requirements.Performs all job functions to meet acceptable quality and performance standards.Cleans equipment, tooling and area around workstation on a daily basis.

Qualifications / Experience: An awareness of the importance of health, safety and environmental concerns in a manufacturing plantA demonstrable understanding of mechanical principles and a problem-solving 'can-do' approach.A working knowledge of engineering drawings and the capacity to correctly interpret requirements as well as using measuring equipment to check parts produced.A willingness to learn, good communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Competence in IT usage, numeracy and literacy.
