Job Duties: Ideally, you will be an experienced Fitter from a manufacturing environment, however we do welcome candidates with a skilled trade in the construction industry or those with a strong, sound mechanical or agricultural background. Full on the job training for the role is provided. Reporting to the production supervisor, Hydraulic Fitters are responsible for assembling electrical, mechanical and/or hydraulic equipment. Key Tasks & Responsibilities:Use of power and manual tooling to assemble machines.Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line.Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts.Adhering to strict quality targets.Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement.To maintain compliance to all Health and Safety Regulations.

Qualifications / Experience: The Person:Should have at least 1 year's work experience, preferably fitting in a heavy equipment environment.Strong communication skills.Have a proactive approach to problem solving.Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan.Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable.Ability to use on initiative and work with minimal supervision.Be driven to demonstrate company values always - Respect, Integrity, Improvement.
