Job Duties: Assembly of switchboard modular steelwork.Fitting components to assemblies.Light fabrication.Assembly and installation of copper bus bars.Associated activities including drilling and fixing of shrouding and engraved labels, preparing panels for factory test and wrapping for despatch to customer.Stores and materials handling.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop.Ability to work quickly and accurately according to Supervisors instructions.Ability to work to deadlines as part of a small team of operatives.Desirable:Competence in basic engineering activities, including accurate measuring and setting out of components, drilling and tapping ofmounting plates, use of vertical bench drill and jigsaw.
