Job Duties: The employer is: YOUTH ACTION NORTHERN IRELAND.Contribute to Radio YNP programming & editing.Meet with & support young broadcasters (technical support, sharing broadcasting guidelines).Provide training for radio technical equipment, broadcasting technique & production.Design imagery such as; promotional e-posters to help generate recruitment of young people to Radio YNP & for music gig nights.Develop digital material for YouthAction Radio YNP archive, website & social media.Create soundbites & videos as content for social media.Regularly post and promote music events/ broadcasting activities on-line, internally & to the wider public. Help to expand Radio YNPs approach to broader media (filming & editing video content, making social media posts & providing technical support for livestreams).Assist with the organising of music gig nights in the Rainbow Factory Theatre on a monthly basis.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Aged 16-24 years.Demonstrate a strong interest in media, radio, music and/or journalism.Previous experience with audio and visual technical equipment.Effective communication skills.Good ICT and social media skills.Previous experience working with young people.Self-motivated to work.
