Job Duties: Diagnosing and fixing problems with manufacturing machines and mechanical partsWorking with machine operatives for machine set ups and change oversCompleting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly machine servicingAdvising management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardousGeneral housekeeping dutiesEnsuring compliance with the Company's policies including health and all good working practices within the factory

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Minimum of 3 years' experience of completing plant and machinery maintenanceAbility to use mobile electronic equipmentExcellent communication and people skillsGood time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a systematic mannerBe hard working an conscientious using initiative to reach suitable resolutions without constant supervisionThe ability to work calmly under pressureDesirable Criteria: Sound knowledge of all mechanical works within the field of concrete manufacturingSound knowledge of all hydraulics within the field of concrete manufacturing Hold a valid driving licenceKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing
