Job Duties: To inspect, review and maintain company properties with general maintenance and decorating/Painting as required to keep the buildings and decor in good order.Review the extent of the required works and gain authorization for the most cost effective method for completing the works required. The role requires assessment, preparation, repair and costings for decorative products plus hands on External and Internal decoration across our buildings in a regional location within a travel distance of Belfast. You will be required to have proven experience as handy person and decorator.

Qualifications / Experience: A full driving licence is required
