Job Duties: A local Northern Irish company who have been in the industry for over 50 years is seeking to expand their team. They pride themselves in providing high quality finishes and innovative solutions to modern day problems. They work in social housing, new builds, civil engineering and more.You will be travelling around parts of Northern Ireland centralising around Derry/Londonderry, Strabane and Omagh with a company van and fuel card attending multiple different sites and projects carrying out snagging role and liaising with the tradesmen/managers on site. Once these sites are completed you could possibly move to providing reactive and general maintenance on those projects.

Qualifications / Experience: This new opportunity is available for an experienced candidate from a trade background and any experience within a snagging role would also be beneficial. A full driving licence and valid CSR card is essential for this role. You will also need to provide a recent working reference within a construction role.You will be paid a competitive hourly rate on a weekly basis, they do offer self-employed options as well. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card to travel in. The company has also ensured the role could change to a permanent role for the right candidate.
