Job Duties: You will be required to carry out maintenance duties throughout the building. Some of the duties will involve:Replacing doors and windowsFitting fire protection materialsReplacing and fitting skirting boards and architraveFitting kitchensThe hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Qualifications / Experience: You will be required to:Be a time served joiner with previous maintenance experienceHave a valid CSR CardWill be required to do an Access NI checkBe able to provide a recent reference from the previous 9 months
