Job Duties: A large maintenance company is currently looking for a number of experienced Maintenance Joiners to work on a contract in East Belfast. These roles are starting of on a temporary contract with an immediate start and are ongoing.You will be required to carry out maintenance duties throughout the hospital. Some of the duties will involve:Replacing doors and windowsFitting fire protection materialsReplacing and fitting skirting boards and architraveFitting kitchensThe hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Qualifications / Experience: You will be required to:Be a time served joiner with previous maintenance experienceHave a valid CSR CardBe able to provide a recent reference from the previous 9 monthsWill be required to do an Access NI check
