Job Duties: Operating woodworking machineryManufacturing of products to a very high standard, undertaking bespoke work when requiredAble to read and understand orders and technical drawingsMaintain tools and equipment in a safe working orderEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety policies and proceduresAble to schedule own work programme to ensure deadlines are metTo perform the role in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures and practicesContribute towards an overall company culture of sharing information and knowledge where there is a focus on solving issues as a team and removing barriers to successTo perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.

Qualifications / Experience: Experienced joiner who has experience in a workshop environment. demonstrating your ability to meet the demands of this role.Must have workshop experience.Hold a valid CSR craft card or has the relevant qualifications to attain a CSR craft Card and in a team environmentA proactive and flexible working approach with the ability to adapt to changing situations and dutiesContinually seeking ways to improve, adapt and innovate while meeting compliance requirements.
