Job Duties: You will be working for a reputable contractor who carries out maintenance in the public sector. They provide a high quality service to all customers, in every aspect of project management and delivery of building services, property maintenance, heating, plumbing, and electrical installations. They are seeking experienced vinyl floor layers to join their team.You will required to travel between properties using the company van and fuel card provided to deliver aspects of reactive and general maintenance. As an experienced vinyl floor layer, you will need to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with the customers.

Qualifications / Experience: You will need to be an experienced vinyl floor fitter with experience preferably in maintenance but this is not essential. You will also need to have a CSR card and have a full driving licence. We require all our candidates to be reference checked against a recent reference.You will get a competitive hourly rate on a weekly basis and a company van and fuel card. This role could lead to a permanent role as well as progression and training opportunities.
