Job Duties: The successful candidate will be required to carry out maintenance work in our rental properties, to achieve a high standard of accommodation. This will include painting of communal spaces, bedrooms and various other relating tasks. All materials required to complete jobs are provided by the company. The candidate will be required to carry out assigned tasks to ensure a safe and considerate environment for out tenants.
Qualifications / Experience: Candidate must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle as required travel to various locations.Previous painting experience required.Position maybe become full time, permanent
