Job Duties: Your new company is a well known service deliverer of mechanical services and property maintenance across Northern Ireland, they work on both commercial and domestic projects including social housing projects. They aim to build strong relationships with customers and provide an excellent service.You will required to travel between properties using the company van and fuel card provided, to deliver aspects of reactive and general maintenance. As an experienced joiner, you will need to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with the customers. Every job will be different and you will have a system to record the details of the job for your own management.

Qualifications / Experience: You will need to be a experienced joiner with a valid CSR card, full driving licence and be able to provide a recent reference for similar work. NVQ in joinery or equivalent is also desirable.You will be provided with a competitive hourly rate paid to you on a weekly basis, we also have the facility to offer self employed payment. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card for your use during the work week.
