Job Duties: The post holders will be based at Council Depots and various locations throughout the Borough and will carry out general labouring, grounds maintenance, refuse collection, street cleansing duties and cemetery grounds maintenance duties. The post holders will also be used for the essential cover for annual leave.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Six months' experience in at least two of the following:General labouring in an outdoors environment, e.g. grounds maintenance, cleansing or refuse collection;Using push lawn mowers;Using ride on mowers;Dealing with the public in a customer service capacity.Excellent communications skills;Ability to work as part of a team;Ability to work on own initiative;Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.Hold a full current Driving Licence (valid in the UK).Desirable Criteria:Driving Licence Category BE (Valid in the UK).
