Job Duties: To be part of a Property Services Team providing a high quality and effective planned and reactive maintenance, repair, and statutory compliance inspections and checks service within the Apex properties.A key role to ensure statutory compliance and continuous improvement in risk reduction. To carry out all duties as instructed in a safe, timely, professional, competent and courteous manner. To play a full part in building good relationships with other Apex staff and residents.

Qualifications / Experience: English and Maths (grades A-C) and 4 other GCSE passes (grades A to E) or equivalent.Recognised NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Subject and 3 years' experience within the last 7 years in a Mechanical or Electrical maintenance repair and fault finding environment. Alternatively, 5 years' experience within the last 7 years in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building environment.
