Job Duties: Joiner required in Coleraine area for maintenance work - Company van and fuel card provided / Permanent roleYou will be working for a reputable contractor who carries out maintenance in the public sector. They provide a high quality service to all customers, in every aspect of project management and delivery of building services, property maintenance, heating, plumbing, and electrical installations. They are seeking time served joiners to join their team to cover the Causeway area.You will required to travel between properties using the company van and fuel card provided, to deliver aspects of reactive and general maintenance. As an experienced joiner, you will need to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with the customers.
Qualifications / Experience: You will need to be a time served joiner with experience preferably in maintenance but not essential. You will also need to have a CSR card and have a full driving licence. An NVQ in joinery or equivalent is also required.You will get a competitive hourly rate on a weekly basis. This permanent job opportunity also provided you with a company van and fuel card, as well as progression and training opportunities.
