Job Duties: The role will involve:Overseeing customers entering and leaving the premises.Adhering to the door policy of Ollies.Welcoming customers into the premises in friendly manner.Ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our customers.Observing situations to prevent them from escalating.Prevent glassware and bottles being removed from the premises at all times.Dealing with any challenging situations in a professional and discreet manner.

Qualifications / Experience: The essential criteria for this role is:Previous experience, at least 1 year's in a similar busy city centre bar where service and quality is paramount.You must hold a current SIA Door Supervisor License including the Physical Intervention module.You must be available to work evenings / weekends, in particular Friday and Saturday nights.
