Job Duties: The role will involve:Overseeing customers entering and leaving the premisesAdhering to the door policy of The Dirty Onion.Welcoming customers into the premises in friendly mannerEnsuring a safe and pleasant environment for our customersObserving situations to prevent them from escalatingPrevent glassware and bottles being removed from the premises at all timesDealing with any challenging situations in a professional and discreet manner

Qualifications / Experience: The essential criteria for this role is:Previous experience, at least 1 year in a similar busy city centre bar where service and quality is paramount.You must hold a current SIA Door Supervisor License including the Physical Intervention module.You must be available to work evenings / weekends, in particular Friday and Saturday nights.
