Job Duties: The role is a customer facing role and requires excellent levels of customer service, including greeting, assisting, and directing members of the public.You will be expected to carry out all guarding responsibilities whilst working on the mall, including:Patrolling the mall.Opening and closing of the centre.Liaising and assisting with management when applicable.Giving customers assistance as and when required.You will be required to provide a professional high visibility deterrent whilst completing mall patrols, have experience of radio usage and be able to keep accurate records and communicate information to the other members of the team.Ensure full compliance with site policies and procedures and adhering to site regulations, to include fire, health and safety and evacuations.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Previous experience.5 year checkable background Current, valid SIA Licence Desirable Criteria: Current, valid SIA CCTV licence.First Aid Certificate.Customer Service Training.
