Job Duties: Completing deliveries of FinTrU company equipment throughout Northern IrelandChauffeuring visitors and staff to and from offices, airports, etcMaintaining and oversight of company fleet vehiclesProviding security cover on FinTrU sites, including completing regular patrols and greeting visitors to the office in a professional mannerUsing the on-site security system, including generating security IDsSecuring the offices when requiredMaintenance of exterior groundsSupervise staff and external contractors where neededAny other reasonable duties requested, eg. answering/directing calls, maintaining logs, delivering post etc
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of two years' experience working in a fleet/chauffeur position or security focused role within an office environmentHolds a full, clean and unrestricted UK driving licenceEnthusiastic, friendly and well-presented with a professional demeanourEmbodies a 'can-do' attitudeExperience using email and telephone to interact with staff and/or clientsAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks appropriatelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
