Job Duties: The employer is: B&M RETAIL LTD.As a B&M Job Start Security Team Member you will gain invaluable knowledge working a combination of Shop Floor, Warehouse and back of house with duties covering all areas. You will learn vital skills such as defensive merchandising, product pricing and working as part of a team. No prior retail experience is required as full training is offered as part of the role.Key responsibilities:Ensuring SCONE (Selection, concealment, observation, non-payment and exit) is adhered to.Defensive Merchandising.Legalities of Product Pricing.Waste control and Prevention.Ensuring cleanliness and Health and Safety of the store as a whole.Supporting Management conducting searches and security checks.B&M Retail are one of the UK's fastest growing retailers and with our ongoing expansion plans there really is no better time to join. Qualifications / Experience: No experience is required for this role.We will provide full training in the following:COSH training.Sanitising following COVID.Challenge 25 training. Customer service training specific to B&M. Manual Handling training.Food safety training.Red Route.SCONE.
