Job Duties: Responsibilities: To work to the values of the company mission and vision statement.To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction.Ensuring all information given is entered into the client's database accurately.To monitor the network of cameras and report any findings to our client direct.To answer telephone calls.To deal with queries and concerns that may arise.Report all incidents, accidents and emergencies in line with company and client procedures.Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time.Compliance with covid 19 protocols in line with the client and government guidelines.

Qualifications / Experience: Training:Full training will be given to the successful candidate this will include site procedures and site specific training needed to carry out the role to a high standard. Continuous support and development within your role. Essential:SIA Manned Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.SIA CCTV Licence.Driving Licence.
