Job Duties: The role is a customer facing role and requires excellent levels of customer service, including greeting, assisting and directing members of the public, contractors and staff visiting the site.You will be expected to carry out all guarding responsibilities whilst working on the mall, such as:Patrolling the mall, liaising and assisting with management when applicable.You will be required to provide a professional high visibility deterrent whilst completing mall patrols, radio usage, keeping accurate records.Ensure full compliance with site policies and procedures and adhering to site regulations, to include fire, health and safety and evacuations.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Previous experience.5 year checkable background Current, valid SIA Licence Desirable Criteria: Current, valid SIA CCTV licence.First Aid Certificate.Customer Service Training.
