Job Duties: You will be responsible for providing a professional reception service to all Clients. Based front of house, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, recording and conveying messages accurately. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring emails and responding where required. Setting up Client appointments. Preparation of Microsoft Word and Excel documents. Overseeing compliance in line with quality assurance and data protection regulations.General office administration duties including placing orders and dealing with office deliveries.
Qualifications / Experience: Essentially, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role. You must be able to communicate confidentially with internal and external customers. Be professional and able to handle confidential / sensitive information. Work unsupervised to meet deadlines and have 5 GCSE's grades A-C including Maths & English (or equivalent qualifications).
