Job Duties: Responsible for the administration of litigation claims pursued against the Trust in the areas of Medical and Professional Negligence, Employer's Liability / Occupier's Liability and General Litigation Claims.Responsible for the implementation and up-keep of information systems used to record legal claims.
Qualifications / Experience: Degree or professional qualification, plus three years administration and clerical experience at band 3 level or equivalent or higher which must specifically include risk and/or litigation workORFive years administration and clerical experience, three of which must specifically include risk and/or litigation work.Degree or professional qualification.
