Job Duties: What The Job Entails:Provide secretarial services to professional staff including organising and maintaining diary/schedule to arrange appointments and meetingsProvide administrative/secretarial support within the department, e.g. audio-typing, photocopyingMaintain and update appropriate records as requiredProvide clerical support to other members of staff within the department.Input and retrieve appropriate information from computerised system

Qualifications / Experience: What We Need From You:4 GCSEs to include English (Grade A-C) or equivalent and 1 years clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment to include the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages and 1 years minute taking experience OR 2 years clerical experience in an office environment to include the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages and GCSE English (Grade A-C) In addition, applicants must possess OCR Text Processing or RSA stage 2 Word processing
