Job Duties: First point of contact between patients, relatives and medical and nursing staff. Effectively communicate with patients, ambulance staff; medical and nursing staff in the delivery of high quality, timely, safe and effective care.Provide a high level of administrative support to multi-disciplinary team, e.g. outside agencies, social services, mental health services and assist all patients whilst being treated in accordance with departmental guidelines.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
