Job Duties: Please see job information for more details Prepare and collate documentation to support the OD&L unit to include preparation of learning materials and packs for training programmes, interventions, workshops and events;Input and maintenance of computerised data relating to training records, attendance records, participant data, evaluations and all necessary records management to support the OD&L workstreams;Provide support and co-ordination for OD&L events and conferences, to include planning, preparation, recruitment and management on the day.
Qualifications / Experience: Please see job information for full list of criteria.Hold five GCSE passes grades A* to C or relevant equivalent or higher examination qualifications and have one year's administrative experience in an office environment;Or:Have three years' administrative experience in an office environment.Demonstrable evidence of having experience in the use of relevant Microsoft IT packages which should include experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
