Job Duties: Provide a secretarial and administrative support service to the Consultant and other team members to include routine secretarial duties.Attend and Minute Meetings within the Unit. Responsible for organising / typing and circulation of same.Type discharge letters, outpatient clinic letters and liaison assessment letters on a daily basis. Update PAS/PARIS system accordingly. Qualifications / Experience: HNC / HND or equivalent / higher qualification in an administrative related field and 1 year's experience in a clerical / administrative role at Band 3 level or equivalent which must include experience of using computerised systems to manage administrative processes.Or4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and 2 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role at Band 3 level or equivalent which must include experience of using computerised systems to manage administrative processes.Or3 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role at Band 3 level or equivalent which must include experience of using computerised systems to manage administrative processes.Please visit: jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
