Job Duties: Interrogate data relating to Self-harm from databases utilised by the hospital Emergency Departments (ED) in various HSC Emergency Departments across NI, in accordance with the Northern Ireland's Self-Harm Registry's inclusion-exclusion criteria. Databases in HSC Emergency Departments include the `Symphony', 'NIRAES' and 'HostAccess / ADOS Navigator'.Source and record required data for electronic transmission to the Northern Ireland Self-Harm Registry.Process all relevant information pertaining to A&E admissions due to self-harm in accordance with the Registry procedures.
