Job Duties: To supervise Trust wide Clinical Physiology admin staff on a daily basis, co-ordinating leave, ensuring adequate cover is available to enable the service to fulfil its duties in order to meet agreed deadlines and timescales. Occasionally work can be unpredictable and with interruptions. To assist the Lead Clinical Physiologist with any staff performance issues. This may require traveling and working in other NHSCT sites as appropriateTo assist the Lead Clinical Physiologist in the management and support of staff, which may on occasions include demonstrating empathy and confidentiality when dealing with personal and sensitive informationTo assist the Lead Clinical Physiologist by adhering to the Managing Attendance Protocol in relation to staff sickness, receipt of medical certificates, entering and logging on HRPTS and completing return to work interviewsPlease visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) to include English Language plus 1 years relevant medical records/administration experience to include the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packagesOr3 years relevant medical records/administration experience to include the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages plus GCSE English Language Grade A-C.Equivalent qualifications considered.Six months experience in utilising Phillips CVIS/TomCat patient database to schedule and process outpatient appointments for a range of diagnostic tests.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
