Job Duties: The servicing and maintenance of all Randox analysers (Biochip and RX) and support of third-party molecular / PCR related accessioning and dispensing plant equipment on-site at Randox facilities HQ and internationally.Services include, but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown repair of analysers, installation, commissioning and set-up of analyser equipment.Providing direct support to the end user and global network of Randox distributors by telephone and email, maintaining service and maintenance records according to the Service Department Procedure.Delivering engineering and operator training, as required, to internal staff, end customers, and distributor personnel.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Must have the ability to operate and repair multiple analysers and analytical instrumentation.Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Computer literate.Holds a full, clean driving licence.Available for extensive travelling.Desirable:Previous experience in the medical devices or bioengineering.Possess a relevant engineering qualification.
