Job Duties: Reporting directly to our Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that Finnebrogue continues to meet all quality and technical standards set nationally and by our partners. As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for/undertake:The maintenance of the groups quality manual.Updating SOPs and WIs in line with new customer and regulatory standards. Carrying out internal audits across all sites within the group and our associated systems. Lead preparation for customer and third party audits help drive compliance to our standards on the factory floor. The role encompasses understanding the needs of the customers and translating them into the factory and our systems, managing customer expectations and ensuring all current customer and legislative food safety and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications / Experience: This role is ideally suited for anyone looking to take the next step in their career within food safety.The successful candidate will have a food related (or equivalent) degree. Experience with BRC audits, effective interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, evidence of good planning, organisational and time management skills, proven ability to work on own initiative, have the ability to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met, previous experience is desired but not necessary as full training will be provided and the ability to work as part of a team.
