Job Duties: Assisting and serving customers and giving detailed product adviceIn store and on site customer consultationsCompiling full room/house schemes and presenting to customersCalculating curtain/blind/carpet measurements and placing accurate ordersProcessing quotes/orders and keeping paperwork accurate and up to dateManaging customer queries, organising deliveries/fittings and follow upPrevious experience of using Sage 200 accounts package may be an advantage
Qualifications / Experience: 3+ year's previous experience as an interior designerA clean, full UK Driving LicenceExcellent numeracy and literacy skillsFriendly, polite and pleasant personalityHonest, reliable and responsible attitudeEnergetic and enthusiastic with a positive, confident attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skills Able to work as part of a team and on own initiativeExcellent time-keeping skills and attendance recordsAccuracy on computerised till programsBasic computer skills including email and good telephone skills
