Job Duties: Electrical and mechanical fault finding on machinery.Ensure effective maintenance of all equipment. Develop, maintain and implement planned maintenance schedules and routines for all equipment.Supervision of engineering and technical staff on shift. Make on shift improvements to process in order to improve efficiency.Lead handovers between shifts and produce engineering shift reports.Enforce Health & Safety and Housekeeping standards and ensure relevant protocols are followed.Solve reasons for breakdown and undertaking corrective and preventative actions to resolve.Repairs and maintenance of PLC controlled machinery. Conduct equipment inspections and determine appropriate job work scopes and standards.Create and maintain plant history and other technical files to include information in current job plans to anticipate and avoid job delays.Provide technical assistance as required to improve the reliability and performance of the plant's machinery.

Qualifications / Experience: 5 years experience in a similar role ORNVQL3 in an Engineering discipline & 2 year experience in a similar roleSupervisory experience
