Job Duties: You will work as part of a small customer service team reviewing customer requirements, in order to create product specifications that ensure we manufacture parts to meet the high standards required by our customers. This will include loading of part number technical data on to our internal systems (mainframe and web-based platforms) which provide product manufacturing details to our production lines. This will also include maintaining a wide range of internal procedures and technical documents. You will work in conjunction with a number of departments including accounts, MIS, marketing, engineering and manufacturing, as well as with our customers.If you would like to talk to one of our team to find out more please call Jonny Wright on 02870344188.

Qualifications / Experience: We are looking for self- motivated individuals who thrive on attention to detail, a systematic approach, and have a strong quality focus. As you would expect you need to have excellent team and communication skills and the ability to organise to meet deadlines and deliver results. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft office are essential. You must have a degree/HND level education, in computer science or engineering, maths or a business related discipline or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have a minimum of one years' relevant experience in a quality environment or have worked with quality systems. Experience of working to ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality standards will be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
