Job Duties: Coordination of all elements of Building Services designCoordination of designs with other disciplines e.g., Electrical and CivilsProducing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID¿s) for various ductwork and pipework systemsPerforming ductwork and pipework sizing calculationsPerforming fan and pump static pressure calculationsPerforming heat exchanger sizing calculations and specification and selection of equipment.Navigating and interpreting 3D model viewing softwareEstimate Generation and technical bidsCollaborate with wider bid support team and any other relevant departments in the writing and compilation of Bids/ tendersBuilding Management Systems - responsible for the development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design stagesFor full details on the duties and responsibilities of the post please visit our website Careers at Colloide Northern Ireland | Colloide Engineering

Qualifications / Experience: Degree level in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years relevant post graduate experience OR5 years relevant experience in a similar role.Proficient in 2D CAD software A full current driving licence and access to a car. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the role will involve travel, the majority of which will be in the UK and Ireland.Familiarity with health & safety regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
