Job Duties: Ulster Carpets have an opportunity for a Maintenance & Facilities Graduate to coordinate and facilitate maintenance activities to ensure high standards of safety and service for buildings and equipment to include all manufacturing machinery, FLT fleet and handling equipment.You will be engaged and developed in a wide range of activities across Operations such as building, machine & equipment maintenance, maintenance contracts, contractor management, capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications / Experience: Recent graduate from a relevant engineering discipline such as mechanical, mechatronic, manufacturing or engineering management. Recent is defined as the last 3 years. Excellent organisation, planning and prioritising skills. Ability to logically work through problems to find solutions.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Confident communicator and able to build relationships at all levels internally and externally.Keen to develop in a manufacturing environment.Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate:Completion of a relevant placement year in industry.Experience of working in a maintenance, facilities or services environment.Practical hands on working with equipment, machinery and/or tools.
