Job Duties: Work closely with Laboratory Manager, Quality Manager and Clinical Leads on day-to-day matters relating to all aspects of UKAS accreditation and patient and staff safety in the laboratory service, ensuring that relevant statutory accreditation standards, departmental and Trust policies are met.Assist the Department in maintaining UKAS Accreditation and actively promote a Quality Laboratory Service to clinicians.Ensure that the department maintains a regular Audit programme against ISO 15189:2012 standards and ensure that effective immediate and follow up actions are implemented.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
