Job Duties: The successful candidate will be focusing on mechanical, refrigeration & air conditioning systems.Responsibilities of the role:To take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management efficiently.Ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria.Evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out, including completing required documents and paperwork.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience with refrigeration or air conditioning knowledge in the commercial sector.Excellent organisational skills, self-motivated, ability to problem solve and work under pressure.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to learn the software packages used within the organisation, full training provided.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.Full driving license is essential.
