Job Duties: Trade CounterBe the first point of contact for customers visiting the CentreProvide the required service to customers includingAssembling hydraulic hoses to customer requirementsSale of off-the-shelf productsUse Pirtek IT systems to record and process jobsActively promote Pirtek products and services to Centre customersStock ControlDistribute stock to the Mobile TechniciansOrder replacement stockBook in stockMaintain stock levels & make adjustments/write-offsDepotDepot Housekeeping and MaintenanceWhen required, use company vehicle to deliver productsAttend Pirtek training courses as requested by managementThe day to day operation of the depot ensuring:It is kept clean and presentable at all timesWell stocked and merchandised

Qualifications / Experience: The PersonYou'll need to be friendly, outgoing, with good attention to detail.A quick learner with good communication skills, you will be conscientious and have some basic IT experience, using email, MS excel etc.Clean driving licence essential Fork lift license/experience requiredIt will be considered an advantage if you have some mechanical/engineering/stores experience.Experience. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar parts/engineering environment, dealing with trade customers.
