Job Duties: Making and receiving telephone calls.Taking their orders.Providing information on our product ranges.Upselling and cross selling in line with our promotions.Maintaining the database of up to date order and customer queries/actions.

Qualifications / Experience: A good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum of Grade C in Maths & English.Have a minimum of 6 months' of customer service or inbound or outbound sales experience.Be computer literate and you should be proficient in using Microsoft Excel.Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills.Have quick and accurate data input/keyboard skills, with excellent attention to detail.Be able to work under pressure.Can effectively work independently as well as part of the team.Be passionate about achieving results.Most importantly, our ideal candidate will be dedicated to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.Although it's not essential, it would be advantageous if your ideal candidate has knowledge of foodservice sector products and/or experience of selling to hotels, pubs, cafes, restaurants, catering outlets.
