Job Duties: Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers. Building relationships both over the phone and face to face and also including prompt and accurate responses to online/ecommerce custom and queries.Identify and generate sales opportunities for the full range of JP Corry products.Provide realistic quotations to meet both customer and business needs.Ensuring a high standard of `good housekeeping throughout the storeDevelopment of new and promotional product lines Carrying out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch proceduresEnsure sufficient levels of stock are on the shop floor, ordering more as requiredAny other reasonable duties deemed necessary.
Qualifications / Experience: Passionate about delivering a first class customer service experience and know what great service looks, sounds and feels like.Proven experience within a face to face sales and customer service based role. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to be a real team player.Proficient in the use of IT and have good computer literacy and telephone skills.Web sales, 'E commerce' and social media experienceIdeally knowledge / experience of the construction / building materials industry.
