Job Duties: Reporting to the Sales and Retention Team Leader, you will work as part of the team specialising in retaining and acquiring customers. After initial training at the Antrim office the role will then be offered as a hybrid role (mix of home working and office - Antrim).
Qualifications / Experience: 3 GCSE's (including Maths and English A-C grade). Sales professional, enjoy working within a target-driven, fast paced team environment in a call centre environment Experience of retaining/acquiring customers and excellent IT (MS Office) skills. Need to have a good home office set up to undertake a hybrid role.
