Job Duties: The employer is: JONZARA.Duties includeProcessing web orders. Postage and packaging. Handling customer queries (telephone/email). Handling customer reviews. Stock management. Stock replenishment and internal stock transfers. You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Good organisational skills. Experience of communicating via email. Ability to multi-task. Good attention to detail. Ability to work comfortably with members of the public. Desirable: Experience in fashion retail. Experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
