Job Duties: Providing a first class customer experience for walk in customers to the Tobermore Paving & Walling Centre located at Tobermore. Dealing with customers face to face, over the phone, web enquires, live chat and emails.Respond to the individual needs of each customer, identifying and clearly understanding the requirements of their enquiry.Advising customers on the correct information regarding our products.Prepare and follow up customer quotations.Ensure information and customer interactions are accurately recorded.Deal with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.Interact with customers through our social media channels to demonstrate our products and services.

Qualifications / Experience: 5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - C. or equivalent.Strong Customer service experience 1+ year dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone.Proficient in the use of MS Office. Demonstrate our core values- HEART- Humility, Excellence, Adaptability, Reliability & Team.Highly customer focused.Excellent Administration skills.High Attention to Detail.Very well organised person.Self-motivated.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Great communication skills.Positive Outlook.Works well under pressure.Have an excellent phone manner with objection handling skills.Manual handling of concrete samples
