Job Duties: Providing expert advice to our growing customer base.Assisting customers in in a busy retail environment.Delivering world class customer service.Assisting our marketing team on social media campaigns.Consistently learning about our product and processes - we aim to be world class at what we do.Full key-holder duties including opening and closing of the store and bankings.Daily management of the team including training and development Delivering strategies to increase footfall into the store.Ensuring stock accuracy and processing deliveries using our stock management systems.Exceeding store targets and other KPIs.

Qualifications / Experience: At least 2 years' experience in retail supervision/management role.Genuine passion for customer service - always going the extra mile.Passion for interiors and home trends would be advantageous.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Heavy lifting required.Solid computer skills with experience with Microsoft packages including excel.Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.A positive, can do attitude and genuine team player.
