Job Duties: Responding to emails, live chats and messages on our Salesforce platform.Translation of web pages, product descriptions, emails, FAQs and more.Handling Customer Care and Sales calls (in both English and your second language).Upselling, promoting new products.Resolving customer issues, contacting couriers and quick decision making.Communicating effectively with team, peers, and all colleagues.
Qualifications / Experience: 3 GCSEs, Grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent.Fluency/High level spoken and written in a second language i.e. French, Spanish or German (or alternative European language).Excellent telephone manner.Demonstrate a high level of customer care.
