Job Duties: Providing expert advice to our growing customer baseAssisting customers in in a busy retail environmentDelivering world class customer serviceAssisting our marketing team on social media campaignsConsistently learning about our product and processes - we aim to be world class at what we do!Ensuring stock accuracy and processing deliveries using our stock management systemsExceeding store targets and other KPI's

Qualifications / Experience: At least 1 years experience in retail customer serviceExperience in Key Holder position would be advantageous Genuine passion for customer service - always going the extra mile!Passion for interiors and home trends would be advantageous Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsPhysically fit due to the heavy lifting nature of the rugsSolid computer skills with experience with microsoft packages including excel Flexibility to work late nights and weekends A positive, can do attitude and genuine team player.
